ATI

When one of the most relentless innovators in the country was ready to up their office game, we knew we had to be right there beside them. Working with NEXT Architecture, we helped create a superb new space to support ATI’s mission of solving the world’s challenges through materials science

Nova Place

As one of the largest urban renewal projects in the country, we jumped at the chance to invest in the potential of the north side, helping create not just a building, but a driving force to unite the Pittsburgh community.

The Tower at PNC

What’s better than banking with Pittsburgh’s own PNC? Being the lead dealership on their tower project. We invested capital with high yield floor plans, built equity with private offices and suites, and earned interest with open collaborative spaces for everyone.

The Fairmont Hotel

Hospitality requires a special touch. Every space should feel like heaven even when you’re away from home. We catered to this project with first-class service and a bespoke installation plan that made us all sleep well.

University of Pittsburgh | Posvar Hall

A landmark on the UP campus, Wesley W. Posvar hall is the largest academic building the University utilizes, and in 2019 is was badly in need of an update. The university wanted to open the space up, make it more flexible, and improve acoustics.

We custom-fit demountable walls, creating collaborative areas, offices, and adaptable classrooms. The result: A happy client, particularly impressed by our team’s deep knowledge base and professionalism.
